Cosy accompanied Music 4 Children, a charity that helps children worldwide with its projects, to Glastonbury this year. We set up camp in green futures and were host to a diverse set of activities and entertainments for children aged 3 - 50.
Daytimes were filled with mask-making, workshops, t-shirt painting with live accompianiment in the sun. Whilst the evenings showcased a series of golden performances by some big talent and hosted open-mic jams between like minded souls.
All the activities were in aid of promoting and raising money for Music 4 Children
Some of the artists who visited the yurt:
We were camping without any power other than that of a lorry battery to drive some led lighting and so no recording was possible. We did however, manage to host performances using a Roland battery powered amp which held up extremely well!
Our experience was catalogued by the awesome photography of Gennaro Serra.
